Activation energy decreases in the presence of catalyst but not by increasing the temperature.
Increasing the temperature increases the no of collisions.
Increasing the temperature increases the no of collisions.

It must be C because increase in temperature increases kinetic energy of molecules which in turn cause increase no of collisions.

Yes. The answer is c because if the temperature increases that the average kinetic energy of a molecule also increased so that the collision also increase but the only fraction of molecule collides effectively.

The option given is true for the catalyst as a catalyst reduce activation energy no doubt that temperature increases kinetic energy but reaction takes by the number of effective collisions (which is a fraction) implies that total KE is not utalised.
According to me, option A is correct.
According to me, option A is correct.

Both increase in the number of effective collisions and increases in the average kinetic energy is attributable to increase in temperature.

The answer is "c", because if the temperature of a reactant increases, its average molecular kinetic energy of a molecule will increase and leads to increase the number of collisions between reactants.

As the temperature increases the KE is increased and the rate of reaction is also increased.

Actually, the rate of reaction is mainly influenced by the rate of collisions (no of Collisions) with an increase in temperature the rate of collisions increases hence rate of reaction increases.

Both A and C are correct because as the temperature rises the kinetic energy of a particle rise which causes high collision between particle.
