CSTR is operating under a steady state which is isothermal (at constant temp) but batch operates under an unsteady state.

CSTR is correct because it is nearly isothermal which do not follow the batch.

The reaction processed in an isothermal way. Which is one of the main assumptions of CSTR reactor design, So CSTR is the answer.
