According to Arrhenius equation k = k0 exp(-E/RT). So rate constant should increase with increase in temperature.

k = k0 exp(-E/RT).
ln k =ln k0 + ln (-E/RT).

From the above equation, ln k is inversely prepositional to T.

So increase in T decrease in ln k.
Removing ln will exponentiation decrease in value of k.
