As del(n) is > 0, addition of inert gas at cont pressure will increase the dissociation of PCl5.
And addition of cl2 prefers backward reaction so PCl5 dissociation decreases with increasing pressure, volume decreases. So to maintain cont K dissociation of PCl5 decreases.

Addition of cl2 products side. Then the number of mole products side increase and the reactant side decrease, and pcl 5 is dissociated because the reaction is maintaining equilibrium.

PCl5 ⇌ PCl3 + Cl2.
The degree of dissociation of PCl5 refers to the forward reaction.
The forward reaction:
A - decreases when you add a product
B - does not change, since the pressure is constant anyway.
C - decreases because equilibrium shifts towards the side with the smaller number of moles.
