We know that free energy is capacity of system to do work. So if the work is done by the system; the the free energy of the system should be negative.

As the question say constant t and p then Delta g is zero.

Interpretation:.

ΔG<0 → Spontaneous reaction.
ΔG=0 → System is at equilibrium.
ΔG>0 → Non-spontaneous reaction.
