Velocity = 0.7 *v.
Diameter = 1.3 * D.
Re new = 10000 * 1.3 * 0.7= 9100.
Velocity = 0.7 *v.
Diameter = 1.3 * D.
Re new = 10000 * 1.3 * 0.7= 9100.
