First of all plant cell lacks Lysosomes so there is no way option B, C, D will be true. Second Vacuoles are present in all 3 cell types.

Lysosomes do not contain digestive enzymes for break down of food.

Lysosomes do contain enzymes for food digestion in protista (eg amoeba).
The food vacuole present in amoeba is a combination of phagosome (vacuole with food) and lysosome.

Lysosomes are present in only animals. So, Option B, C and D are out already but vacuoles are found in both cell types.
