The correct option is A because the nucleus also has a phospholipid bilayer (almost every cell membrane has). The question says large pores, and the nucleus has them, called nuclear pores, while the plasma membrane consists of a phospholipid bilayer, but it doesn't have pores and is semipermeable.

The answer is correct because phospholipid bilayer means one membrane. So, when it is doubled there are two membranes and nuclear pores are large.

Cell membrane also consists of the phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins.

I think option A is wrong. Because plasma membrane is double phospholipid bilayer structure.
