Does nuclear envelope is double phospholipid bilayer? I thought the answer would be the plasma membrane?

It is wrong, nuclear envelop doesn't have many large pores and isn't bi layer. Option A is right.

I think option A is wrong. Because plasma membrane is double phospholipid bilayer structure.

Cell membrane also consists of the phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins.

I am not getting this, please describe it with detail.

The answer is plasma membrane.

The answer is correct because phospholipid bilayer means one membrane. So, when it is doubled there are two membranes and nuclear pores are large.
