Yes, I am familiar only about fructose-6-phosphate and fructose-1, 6-biphosphate.

Nope it is indeed b, fructose 6 phosphate is converted into fructose 1, 6 bis phosphate via pfk1.

However, it can also get converted into fructose 2, 6 bisphosphate via pfk2. The product of this reaction is then regulated via hormones insulin and glucagon in which an increase in insulin increases f26bp which stimulates the conversion of f6p to f16bp despite the negative effect (inhibitory) of acetyl co-a accumulation.

Hope this helped!

Phosphoglucomutase catalyze conversion of G6p to G1p and require Glucose 1,6 diphosphate and Mg++, so isn't B, its D.

I have never heard of fructose-2, 6-bisphosphate.
