In a shower, 5 cm of rain falls. The volume of water that falls on 1.5 hectares of ground is:
Answer: Option
Explanation:
1 hectare = 10,000 m2
So, Area = (1.5 x 10000) m2 = 15000 m2.
Depth = | 5 | m | = | 1 | m. |

After the rain falls on the ground, its height is measured. That is how the rainfal is generally measured.
now, coming to the problem, here, the height is 5cm = 5/100m.
volume=lbh
but area=lb
volume=area*h
hence, volume= 15000*5/100 =750
