Take it very simple.
Apply the basic rule of ratio:
A:B=1/240:1/320.
Now (1/240)/(1/320).
By solving:
(1/240)*(320/1)
=320/240
=4/3 i.e. 4:3.
Apply the basic rule of ratio:

Now (1/240)/(1/320).
By solving:
(1/240)*(320/1)
=320/240
=4/3 i.e. 4:3.

Very simple
As per question 20Women*16=16men*15
Men:women=(16*20)/(15*16)=4:3
As per question 20Women*16=16men*15
Men:women=(16*20)/(15*16)=4:3

i hav an other way as
20 women take 16days
so, 1 women take 16/20 = 4/5 days
similarly ,16 men take 15 days
so , 1 man take 15/16 days
therefore 4/5 * 15/16 = 3/4 = 4:3
