24*6 + 6*12 + 12*24 / 24*6*12 =144+72+288 / 1728

=504/1728

i.e

1728/504 days
24/7=

= 3 3/7 days option c..........

Here, 24/7 (improper fraction) is converted into a mixed fraction (3 * 3/7).
