How many days should accompany 30 women to complete the work in 12 days?
1) Four men and six women can complete the work in 60 days.
2) Four men or six women can complete the work in 120 days.

It's not mentioned if they start from the same point. So (D) should be the answer.

Answer is B, Six women can do the work in 120 days means the work required 720 women days. If 30 women work for 12 days means only half of the work will be done. so to complete the work another 300women required.
