If a + b = 13 and ab = 3 then (a+2b)^2-5b^2 = ?

Simplify the solution.

(a-b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab,
(3)^2 = 29 - 2ab,
2ab = 29 - 9 = 20
ab = 10.

log(a+b/2) = 1/2(loga+logb) so prove that a^2+b^2=4ab is that possible.
