Explanation:

Let the capacity of 1 bucket = x.

Then, the capacity of tank = 25x.

New capacity of bucket = 2 x

Required number of buckets = 25x
(2x/5)

it is "reduced to 2/5" not "reduced by 2/5"

reduced to = 62.5
reduced by = 41.6

capacity will be 1-2\5=3\5
answer is 41.6
