450*4.5% = Rs 18 per year.

To find time 81/18 = 4.5.

We can check by options also;

We know that S.I=PTR/100.
A.(450*3.5*4.5) ÷ 100=70.8,
B.(450*4*4.5) ÷ 100=81(ans) means 4years,
C.(450*4.5*4.5) ÷ 100=91.1
D.(450*5*4.5)÷100=1001.2.

Here, I = (P x r x t/100).

simple as that;

t = (100*81)/(450*4.5),
= 8100/{450*45/10},
= 8100/2025,
= 4.

100% = 450,
4.5%*x = 81,
X = 4.

The amount is 1200.
The rate of interest-4.5%,
Thus, amount /interest =si for a year.
1200/4.5--->20.25.

Now, the interest amount 81.

81/20.25===>4years.

= 100*81/450*4.5,
= 20*18/90,
= 36/9,
= 4 years (so simple).

How P is the sum?

P is principle right. A is total amount. How it will come as years?

In this question principal is given or amount is given since as we know amount = principal + simple interest ?
