40A/100=2B/3.
Cross multily we get,
120A=200B,
A/B=200/1200.
A/B=5:3.

x,y two number.
40/100*x=2/3y.
2/5*x=2/3*y,
1/5*x=1/3*y,
x=5 y=3.
40/100*x=2/3y.
2/5*x=2/3*y,
1/5*x=1/3*y,
x=5 y=3.

40/100 = 2/3x.
x = 40/100 * 3/2.
x = 120/200,
x = 3/5,
= 5 : 3.
x = 40/100 * 3/2.
x = 120/200,
x = 3/5,
= 5 : 3.

Given 40% i.e 40/100 = 2/5;
New ratio 2/5 : 2/3 = 6/10 = 3/5.
New ratio 2/5 : 2/3 = 6/10 = 3/5.
