60 * 60 = 3600,
1000/3600 = 5/18,
60Km/hr.
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60min.
1sec = 60sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18,
60Km/hr.
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60min.
1sec = 60sec.

Given that:
Speed of the Train : 60 km/h.
Crosses pole in Seconds : 9 s.
1 km = 1000 meters.
1 km/h = 60 x 1000 meters.
(i.e,) Distance = 60,000 meters.
1 hour = 60 minutes and 1 min = 60 seconds.
1 hour = 60 x 60,
(i.e,) Time = 3600 s,
Speed of the train = Distance/Time.
= 60000 m/3600 s.
= 600 m/36 s.
= 100 m/6 s.
= 50/3 meters per sec.
Length of train = Speed x Time.
= 50/3 x 9,
= 450/9.
= 150 m.
Therefore, the answer is option(D)

@Anuradha.
= 50/3*9.
= 16.6666667*9,
= 150M answer.
= 50/3*9.
= 16.6666667*9,
= 150M answer.

60 km/hr = 60 * 1000m/60 * 60 = 50/3m/s.
#speed = distance/time,
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60m&
1min = 60s.
Then Length(l) = speed * time
l = 50/3 * 9 = 1350/9.
l = 150m.
#speed = distance/time,
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60m&
1min = 60s.
Then Length(l) = speed * time
l = 50/3 * 9 = 1350/9.
l = 150m.

Given, that.
Speed=60 km/hr.
Time=9 sec.
Time is given in sec so we convert the given speed km/hr into sec.
So, 60*5/18 m/sec=50/3 m/sec.
Therefore, the length of the train is =>speed * time.
50/3*9= 150 m/s.
Speed=60 km/hr.
Time=9 sec.
Time is given in sec so we convert the given speed km/hr into sec.
So, 60*5/18 m/sec=50/3 m/sec.
Therefore, the length of the train is =>speed * time.
50/3*9= 150 m/s.

Length= Speed * Time.
Length = 60*(5/18)*9,
Length = 150m.
Length = 60*(5/18)*9,
Length = 150m.

s = 60km/hr
Time to cross pole = 9sec.
l = ?.
Time(train of length l) (pass a pole) = time(to cover l meters).
So,
9s = dist(l)/60km/hr
9s = dist(l)/1/6ms
9s = 6*dist
3/2 = dist
1.5 = dist
Hence option (d).

60 km/h.
1 km/minutes.
1000/60 = 16.6666/sec
16.6666*9 = 150meter.
1 km/minutes.
