the answer is 18
sol:
1/4*1/3*2/5*x=15
we get
x=15*30
x=450
and
40% of 450 means
40/100*450=18

1/30 x of 40%=15

Why not. U are confused, here is the short cut.

10%of 450 is 45 then
40%of 450 will be 45*4=180.
