It should be;
45x/100 +(30*90/100) = 30*210/100,
45x+(30*90) = 30*210,
45x = 30(210-90),
9x = 6*120,
X = 80.
It should be;

The answer is 80.
45% of 80 is 36 & 30% of 90 is 27 which is equal to 63, nothing but 30% of 210.
