It should be;
45x/100 +(30*90/100) = 30*210/100,
45x+(30*90) = 30*210,
45x = 30(210-90),
9x = 6*120,
X = 80.
It should be;

total = 420+x, (40/100)*(420+x) = x, 100x=40x+16800, x=280.
