@Arya Reddy.
Why because we need winner candidate % so we take it as a numerator.

For quicker calculation, after finding the sum(20400).
use trial and error, we know that,20400 x A/100 = 11628.
204 x A =11628,
4*7=28 last digit 8,
thus, 57 is the answer.

When compared to all, the 3 votes given in the question majority is 11628. So it should take in the numerator.

p1 + p2 + p3 = 20400.
(11628/20400) * 100 = 11628/204.
204* ??= 11628.
4*7=28
Ans 57.
(11628/20400) * 100 = 11628/204.
204* ??= 11628.
4*7=28
Ans 57.

Winning Candidate vote =11628.
Total vote = 20400.
Winning Candidate vote percentage = (Winning Candidate vote/total vote)*100.
==>(11628/20400)*100.
==>11628/204.
==>57%.
