Easier way is;
5A+4B=2/3(6A+8B),
15A+12B=12A+16B,
3A=4B,
A/B = 4/3.
5A+4B=2/3(6A+8B),
15A+12B=12A+16B,
3A=4B,
A/B = 4/3.

3% of A = 4% of B.
So 3/100BA = 4/100B.
Now A/B = 4/100 * 100/3.
A/B = 4/3.
A:B = 4:3.
So 3/100BA = 4/100B.
Now A/B = 4/100 * 100/3.
A/B = 4/3.
A:B = 4:3.
