A:B = 3:2.
3/5 x (Total Profit - 5%) = 855.
Total Profit -5% = 1425,
Total Profit = 1425 + 5% of TP,
5% of 1425 is not 1500.
It is 1496.25.,
1425 x 105/100 = 1496.25.
3/5 x (Total Profit - 5%) = 855.
Total Profit -5% = 1425,
Total Profit = 1425 + 5% of TP,
5% of 1425 is not 1500.
It is 1496.25.,
1425 x 105/100 = 1496.25.

3:2=A's profit : B's profit.
Let Total profit be x,
A's profit = (3/5) * (95/100) *x=855.
Therefore on calculating Total profit,
X = 1500.
Let Total profit be x,
A's profit = (3/5) * (95/100) *x=855.
Therefore on calculating Total profit,
X = 1500.

A:B=3:2.
If 5% of the total profit goes to charity.
A's share = 855
Let total profit is x
A:B=3x:2x.
A's share = (3x/5)*855 = 1425.
If 5% added to profit = 1425+5% = 1500.
If 5% of the total profit goes to charity.
A's share = 855
Let total profit is x
A:B=3x:2x.
A's share = (3x/5)*855 = 1425.
If 5% added to profit = 1425+5% = 1500.

A:B=3:2
A/B=3/2.
A's share=855(after 5% for charity),
855/B=3/2,
855*2=3B,
B=570,
total profit be x.
profit after 5% charity=855+570=1425,
x-5%of x=1425,
x- 5/100 of x =1425,
95x=1425*100,
x=142500/95=1500.
A/B=3/2.
A's share=855(after 5% for charity),
855/B=3/2,
855*2=3B,
B=570,
total profit be x.
profit after 5% charity=855+570=1425,
x-5%of x=1425,
x- 5/100 of x =1425,
95x=1425*100,
x=142500/95=1500.

Hi.
After giving 5% profit to charity,
A's share is 855 i.e 95% is remaining.
hence For 100%, (100*855)/95=900,
So, Now A's share is 900,
Hence From the ratio, we can calculate.
3x=900.
x=300.
As we know B's ratio is 2x=2*300=600.
Hence, add both A's share and B's share.
900+600=1500.
This is the total profit.

This is the total profit.

@All.
Here All are having a problem with that 3/5 part used for A's shares.
Below;
The Ratio is given as 3:2.
Adding 3+2 we get, answer as 5,
now to find A's share, we take 3 as per given in a ratio of 3:2.
And then we divide 3 with the whole of 5 which gives us value 3/5.
