There is another way, guys!
1.
1+3 = 4.
4+5 = 9.
9+7 = 16.
16+9 = 25.
By adding consecutive odd numbers to the answer that you get above it we get this order. (23 is missed out so it is the odd one).

Each numbers should add with odd numbers, first number is 1 add with 3 we get 4 like wise we add 4 with 5, 9 with 7 etc.
