Hi friends it is very very simple question why are all using different methods follow this method it is simple and superb.
Given that:
= 4+8+1+X+6+7+3 = X+29 (add all numerical).
In this he is given total value must be divided by 9.
Now 29/9 = 3.2222 (leave all numerical after point).
3*9 = 27.
Total 29.
Difference between them is 2. Now Subtract 9 from 2 we get the answer "7".

@ALL.
481 * 673=> 4+8+1+6+7+3=29.
=> 29 is add the two digit => 2+9=11.
=> 11-9=2.
Then 2 is the answer.

In this problem we find the sum of the digits will be (29+x).
So,
Instead of x you put the values of options what ever they given and Add both then find which option is exactly divisible by 9 that is our required answer.

Correct if I'm wrong my solution is this.
4+8+1+x+6+7+3.
4+8+1 = 13.
6+7+3 = 16.
So therefore: 16+13 = 29.
2-9 = 7.
At the last part of my solution is it correct?
4+8+1+x+6+7+3.
4+8+1 = 13.
6+7+3 = 16.
So therefore: 16+13 = 29.
2-9 = 7.
At the last part of my solution is it correct?

9=9.
18-----1+8=9.
27------2+7=9.
99------9+9=18.
The sum of digits is divisible by 9 then the digit is divisible by 9.
Here, the sum of digits is 29 if 7 is added then it becomes 36 which is divisible by 9.

Is it applicable for each case?
Or it can be Applied only when we have a divisor as 9?
Please explain.

in dis question dey have asked for small whole number so accordingly it must be 1 as 29 plus 1 =30.but as 30 nt divided by 9so we cant take it. is writing smallest whole number in question is valid or not

Small whole number is just given to confuse us...
and smallest whole number is not 1 it is 0 so accordin to the question we must substitute smallest possible whole number which satisfies the condition

Here if we add 2 to 29 then it becomes 31 so it is not devisible by 9. And also same in the case of 5 and 6. Lastly we have 7 if it is added to 29 it becomes 36 so it is divisible by 9. So here 7 is the smallest whole number.
