I think the ans should be 0.2.
(11.98)^2+2*11.98*0.02 +(0.02)^2.
2*0.02= 0.04=x^2.
x=0.2.
(11.98)^2+2*11.98*0.02 +(0.02)^2.
2*0.02= 0.04=x^2.
x=0.2.
