How do you know that at 7 the difference is 25min?
@ Nitesh: Assuming I don't have a watch to look at and count the minutes.

Degree= 30H - 5.5M.
straight line= 180 °
=> 180= 30*7 - 5.5M.
=> M= 60/11.
So, Answer= 7 hours 60/11 min.
straight line= 180 °
=> 180= 30*7 - 5.5M.
=> M= 60/11.
So, Answer= 7 hours 60/11 min.

At 7:05 both hands of the clock make a straight line.
So by taking 5 minutes use formula (5*12/11), that's it.

The simple formula to find is;
1. [(5h-30)*12/11] for h>6.
2. [(5h+30)*12/11]for h<6.
1. [(5h-30)*12/11] for h>6.
2. [(5h+30)*12/11]for h<6.

A=30H-5.5M.
Where A=180',
H=7,
Now,
180=30*7-5.5M,
30=5.5M,
M=300/55,
M=5*5/11.
Where A=180',
H=7,
Now,
180=30*7-5.5M,
30=5.5M,
M=300/55,
M=5*5/11.

Simple method.
55 = 60.
Then 5 = x.
55x= 300.
x=300/55.
x= 5 5/11.
55 = 60.
Then 5 = x.
55x= 300.
x=300/55.
x= 5 5/11.

(210-6a)+(30/60)a = 180.
I think this will be the perfect solution.
