By formula:
Hr-8, min -30.

angle-(11/2) * min-30*hr.
Angle=(11/2) * 30-30*8=165-240=-75.

No formula required, just 9 o clock is 45 degree, center of 9 and 7 is 8 simple 75 degree.

we can do by formula also-
30 (H)-11/2(M)
= 30(8)-11/2(30),
= 240-165,
= 75.
