It is not saying 61th day it says after 61 days.
So, 61st day is Saturday then after 61st day is Sunday.
Am I right?

Note the days given i.e 62 days.
Given day is a Tuesday.
= 7*9 = 63-1 = 62.

61 days = 61/7= 8 weeks = 5 odd days.
If today is Monday.
After 61 day = Monday+5 odd days.
= Saturday.
If today is Monday.
After 61 day = Monday+5 odd days.
= Saturday.

Today + 61 days : 62 days.
So (8 weeks+6 days) : 62 days.
So 6 odd days ;
It is nothing but saturday.
So (8 weeks+6 days) : 62 days.
So 6 odd days ;

Monday = 1, add 61 to it,
1 + 61 = 62/7.
we get
quotient: 8
Remainder : 6.
So, 6 means Saturday.
1 + 61 = 62/7.
we get
quotient: 8
Remainder : 6.
So, 6 means Saturday.

Find the odd days in 61 days.
61÷7,remainder = 5.
5 odd days so, Monday + 5 = Saturday.
61÷7,remainder = 5.
5 odd days so, Monday + 5 = Saturday.
