I think it is Friday.
1999 + (1.1.2000 + 6.3.20000).
1600 = 0 odd days.
300 = 1 odd day.
99 years = 52 ordinary years + 27 leap years.
=52 * 1 + 27 * 2.
= 52 + 54.
= 106.
= 15 weeks + 1 odd day.
1999 = 1600 + 300 + 99.
= 0 + 1 + 1.
= 2 odd days.

63/7 = 9weeks ie;9 Mondays.
Therefore for 61 days is 8 weeks 5days ie; 2days earlier than Monday is Saturday.
