Sir, there are mainly two reasons.
One is I have a dream to be a self-earned and independent.
Second one is my parents, because of their efforts only now I am in this position. I want there should be a result for their efforts, I think if I do good job and take care of them is the result for their efforts, these two things motives me to do good job. |

| Self motivation, in my view, plays a vital role in a person's life to achieve his particular goal or to get a particular job. Teachers and your guides can give you motivational lectures for a day or two and you can implement on them for some time. But as the time passes those lectures becomes dim in our mind. So, until or unless we do not motivate our self every time, we cannot achieve our desired goal. |

Because I know how hard my parents tried to give me luxurious and comfortable life by sacrificing their comforts. | I belongs from a middle class family and earning of my dad was too low, but they still focused on me to reach and stand here in front of you and for this, they have did a lot of sacrifices that the thing which motivates me most. JOB this word has it self zenith to motivate any one who seek to be a servant. As if I try to find a meaning of this word it seems me like Just Obey Boss.
The whole world is a place where selling and purchasing take place.
This selling and purchasing system actually motivate me to go for a good job.
Let me explain.
Since there was a time when education was for to educate our society and the people who live in.
But now it has become scheme. Scheme to earn money. And now the education scheme is on market.
And as we know a valuable price shows the quality of the respected product.
Our parents brought a good quality of education for their son/daughter. Even that was easily available from a state government school and collages in cheaper than they paid.
So now we have a good Quality of ISO:90001 trade mark brain to run anything. And we are in bidding market to sell our self.
And best salary package is the rate of selling our time and qualification this is what motivated me to do job. |

| Good job is the product of smart work, which eliminates the need of recursion of work. Good job is also desirable, praised and performing same is a good practice to adapt. Having all these properties over else, itself motivates me, which in turn accelerate me to progress. :) |

I am person who believes in self motivation.
And I am also motivated by hard work of my parents as they want to see me standing on my own feet at respectable position.
