Adding each individual numbers we get even number except 427 it is odd. 3+9+6=18 so on.

The options A,C, D are the even numbers because option A) 396 3+9+6=18 C) 671 6+7+1=14 D) 264 2+6+4=12. The remaining is option B)427 4+2+7=13 that odd number. So the answer is B.
