Here the logic is;
3+6 = 9,
2+4 = 6,
5+2 = 7,
6+1 = 7,
2+ 4 = 6.

Why can't be 671? It is an odd number.

3+6+9
4+2 = 6.
5+2 = 7.

But 4+7 is not equal to 2.
So this 427 is the correct answer.
