May be @Swetha and @Gopal is right. But @Ashish's answer is not perfect. Because 427 is not divisible by 2. I can't accept the answer given by the internet.

Just check the divisibility rule of 2. All digits are divisible by 2 except 671. So why not 671?

Swetha said:   1 decade ago
Except 427 every number is divisible by 11.

3+9+6=18 even.
4+6+2=12 even.
5+7+2=14 even.
4+2+7=13 odd.

The options A,C, D are the even numbers because option

A) 396 3+9+6=18
C) 671 6+7+1=14
D) 264 2+6+4=12.

The remaining is option B)427 4+2+7=13 that odd number.

So the answer is B.

Adding each individual numbers we get even number except 427 it is odd.

There is another method to solve this which is that the sum of all the digits of a number except 427 is even.
