Whiteness of milk can be changed by adding color but water can never be removed as it is the major constituent.

Water is the necessary substance of milk, Without water milk state would change in Milk powder.

Milk can also be flavoured i.e. it can also be coloured due to the flavours added to it but it necessarily contains water because if water is not present in the milk than it is not milk but is milk powder so, according to me milk necessarily have water.
