I think water is the answer because when compared to the other 3 options given, it's better because the majority of milk is filled with water.

Yes, it is it ok that cream is has been make by milk, it is also correct that curd is make by milk during cheese making process, water is also present in milk but although there are these things are present but milk is always white. So the answer is D) Whiteness.
