Answer is A, Because the customer will bargain more price towards the old one and will try to minimise the cost of new one by bargaining. Hope it will help

None of them are correct.

Bargaining is some thing that we are asking to reduce.

For ex: we bargain in a shop to get our need for less prize.

Where as exchange is something we will return if we gave something.
