Bargain means getting something for price lesser than marked price OR doing something for someone in return of some favour. In 1st case, the buyer gets something cheap, while the seller can attract more customers using that pricing. In second case, both parties do something for each other.

In both the cases, both the parties exchange something for other thing. Hence, option A. Hope this helps.

None of them are correct.

Bargaining is some thing that we are asking to reduce.

For ex: we bargain in a shop to get our need for less prize.

Where as exchange is something we will return if we gave something.

I think the answer should be sumptuousness because it means the quality of being excessively expensive and if the mode of exchange does not involve expensive things then why would anyone bargain?

It should be (b) sumptuous because it means something for high quality or expensive. And when it comes upto bargain it is done when a person is willing to buy a thing but at minimum price.

Answer is A, Because the customer will bargain more price towards the old one and will try to minimise the cost of new one by bargaining. Hope it will help

Thing bought or offered for sale much more cheaply than is usual or expected--- bargain meaning so I think bargain means exchange.

The main aim of bargaining is to getting the same thing by reducing some amount or getting some discount.

dicker: negotiate the terms of an exchange; "We bargained for a beautiful rug in the bazaar"

Obviously, it is correct. Here, in this case, every one is gaining something. So its quite a bargain.
