Some diseases don't have a cure. Such as AIDS.

Some disease doesn't involve germs. Such as mental disease or hereditary.

Diseases do not have patients when they are still not diagnosed yet. Maybe the person is not aware of it so he is not a patient.

The cause is the answer. Since there has to be some reason for it.

Disease always has a basic reason that is cause, may not have cure, not spread by germs, or have patient for all the diseases.
