Clearly, rails are necessary for the train to move on. Driver alone can move the train. A guard is necessary for safety. A train is moved for the passengers. But all these do not constitute a train. A train can not be called so without engine. So, the answer is (d).

Rails are must for the Trains to even exist. Without a Driver, Engine and the Guard it can still be called Train if it is on the Rails.

The stationary train need not have a driver or guard. But it is a must to have an engine to be called complete.
