6 is the correct answer, why because triangle represents-- nurses in hospital, square represents---trained nurses, circle represents---only married population.
In the question he asked only married trained nurses so 6 only belongs to married trained nurses.
5 is not correct because there may be untrained nurses also.

5 is correct answer because total 11 nurses are trained & married but only 5 among them are in the hospital. So the answer is 5.
