6 is the correct answer, why because triangle represents-- nurses in hospital, square represents---trained nurses, circle represents---only married population.
In the question he asked only married trained nurses so 6 only belongs to married trained nurses.
5 is not correct because there may be untrained nurses also.

I don't agree with answer no.5 because the question was say only married and trained nurses they have ask married and nurses so answer 5 is correct.

According to the question, the MARRIED TRAINED NURSES represents the digit 6, as NURSES IN THE HOSPITAL may or may not be trained.
