The answer given is wrong because 5 coming under the triangle which means nurse in the hospital but according to question they are asking 4 trained and married girls that's why the answer is 6.

Answer 5 is correct. Because trained nurses who are married and who are working in hospital. So that's why it is correct.

I don't agree with answer no.5 because the question was say only married and trained nurses they have ask married and nurses so answer 5 is correct.
