Botanically Tomato is a fruit and its botanical name is Solanum Lycopersicum.

Anyways you take tomato to be vegetable or fruit in the given question, you get the same answer Option A.

A tomato is a fruit and it belongs to fruits. For those confused about it being a vegetable, it is not. It does NOT matter how it is used or viewed by the public, a TOMATO is STILL a FRUIT. There is no changing that. Therefore answer A is correct as Tomatoes belong to fruits and vegetables are different so they are outside.
