All tomatoes are fruit, as tomato comes under the category of Fruit, But vegetable is not related to both the remaining items.

Tomato is botanically defined as a fruit and hence as per question all fruits are tomatoes and vegetables are different from fruits, option A is the correct answer.

Tomato is a berry and so it is considered as a fruit. It is wrong to consider it as a vegetable.

Tomato is considered as a vegetable not fruit, hence option A is perfect.
