Indians are like tall men and black haired people, it means tall men and black haired peoples are also there in India, so they are Indians.
Next a tall men also having black hairs and he might be a Indian, this one is also same black haired people are also in India and they are might be a tall, finish. So that those 3 are interconnected.

Black haired people may or not Indians and tall men.

1) All the Indians may or may not be Tall and Black haired people (if both the conditions are true their intersection parts represents the answer if they are not true the remaining parts does).
2) The same conditions are to be applied for tall as well as Black haired people.

I think option D is correct. Because tall and black-haired people can come under Indian. So some can be tall and some can be black-haired.
