All lamps do not have a bulb (like CFL, oil lamps), but some of the lamps have a bulb, so the answer is not C, correct answer it not in the options. It must be the figure of question 2 option D.

A lamp may have or may have not a bulb as you can see traditional lamps which do not have bulbs but have flame, which makes bulb and lamps different. That is why option C is the correct answer.

All lamp has a filament (bulb). And light emerged from both element so the answer must be D.
