Questions appear in the examination, but you cannot practice it in the examination. Hence the answer has to be A.

The Answer will be A. Practice can be of anything it can be of cricket, exam, etc why will we assume it as an examination practice. Only a word practice is given having much meaning. So answer will be A.

I say D, questions being superset without questions, no exam and practice can be done. But exam and practice are different things.

Can't it be answer D? We have a set of Questions, some of them might be asked in Examination, some in Practice. But Exam and Practice are two different things.
