Yes, question paper is must for examination but Before exam and At the time of study we practise Question. So Question and Exam is included with each other but practice is Another thing.

So, I think the answer is A.

I agree with the given answer Question can be solved in Examination and it can also be solved while practising. If option A is the ans, then it means that quetion has nothing to do with Practice which is not true.

The Answer will be A. Practice can be of anything it can be of cricket, exam, etc why will we assume it as an examination practice. Only a word practice is given having much meaning. So answer will be A.

The answer given here is correct.
Questions are solved in examination as well as in practice,but they are not linked with each other.
Hence Questions will be connected to both examination and practice.

Can't it be answer D? We have a set of Questions, some of them might be asked in Examination, some in Practice. But Exam and Practice are two different things.

The given answer is correct because examination cannot contain all questions also total practice. Means questions and practices Limited for examination.

An examination requires practice and questions. And when we have questions we can practice. So, the three are related.

It should be D because both practice and examination have questions. We have to answer according all three, not only two. so D is a correct answer.

I say D, questions being superset without questions, no exam and practice can be done. But exam and practice are different things.

Questions will not be only in examination, also in interview, viva-voice etc.
