I think D option is correct because some travellers travel by train some by bus and some by other modes. Whereas, in option C some people travelling by bus and train are not considered as travellers so option D is more appropriate according to me.

We can also say that all travellers can travel in different mediums of transport so option D can also be correct. Am I right?

I think here option C represents that some travellers do not travell, that is wrong.
All the traveller travell always so option C is not right.

In option C, 1st circle represent traveller this connected with the bus after this connected with train circle but in D bus and train circle both is connected with the traveller in one time and that is impossible.
The logic is the best connection between circles (C).

Travellers can travel by aircraft, water transport not merely train and bus. Therefore I think D is a correct option as traveller implies larger circle and inner circles represent only part of the options available to travellers. Train and bus circle cannot intersect because a person cannot travel by both modes simultaneously. Therefore I think D is the correct answer.

Options C is correct because some traveller is traveling from bus and train and there are some traveller who are neither using bus or train they might be go from other than this 2 vehicle like auto, taxi, airplanes etc.

As no traveller can be a bus or train. No bus could be train or traveller. No train could be a bus or traveller. So the answer should be an option (B).
